  • Coverage as determined by a Benefits Investigation (BI)

Let SeaGen Secure® Case Managers help you track claims to ensure they are being processed and paid on time.

  • Claims managers can track the status of a prior authorization claim once it is submitted
  • Case managers can assist with denied or underpaid claims

Benefits Investigation (BI)

Determine your patient’s coverage before treatment begins by contacting a Case Manager.

  • Enroll your patient in SeaGen Secure® to start the BI process
  • We will fax you a summary of benefits within 2 business days of your completed request
  • Your practice will receive a call to discuss the results of the BI and next steps

Claims Assistance

Financial Assistance

For Patients with No Insurance
Patient Assistance Program (PAP) provides product at no cost.

Program Information

  • Assistance begins on a temporary 3-month period
  • Alternative coverage search facilitated through SeaGen Secure®
  • PAP drug must be ordered for each 21 day cycle

Program Eligibility Requirements

  • Meet income requirements
  • Permanent US resident
  • Provide income and residency information
For insured patients with denied claims
Claims appeal assistance, assistance for patients who have denied claims

Program Information

  • Claims Appeal Assistance is only available for dates of services after enrollment in SeaGen Secure®
  • SeaGen Secure® Case Managers will assist with one level of appeal
  • If appeal is unsuccessful, the patient may be eligible for Claims Appeal Assistance

Program Eligibility Requirements

  • Meet income requirements
  • Permanent US resident
  • Provide income and residency documentation
  • Provide copies of the claim and explanation of benefit (EOB) to SeaGen Secure®
For insured patients who cannot afford their coinsurance or copay*
Coinsurance or copay assistance is available

Program Information

  • There are no program limits/caps or patient enrollment fees
  • If eligible, SeaGen Secure® will send assistance to the provider on behalf of the patient
  • The patient may receive assistance for the duration of their therapy if they remain eligible

Program Eligibility Requirements

  • Have commercial health insurance with coverage for ADCETRIS
  • Meet income requirements
  • Permanent US resident
  • Provide income and residency documentation
  • Be receiving ADCETRIS for an on-label indication

*Copay Assistance is provided by foundation referral
