Benefits Investigation
A benefits investigation is the first step in determining an individual patient’s coverage for ADCETRIS® (brentuximab vedotin) treatment. It is our priority to make sure you have patient-specific coverage information before starting patients on therapy with ADCETRIS, so we will fax you a summary of their ADCETRIS-related benefits within 2 business days of receiving your completed request.
*To be eligible for the Co-insurance Assistance Program, patients must have coverage for ADCETRIS through a commercial insurer, be at least 18 years old and be seeking treatment for a labeled indication.
